It is easy to take part in Little Heart Day - all you need to do is register your ECE, decide how you are going to raise funds and then start fundraising! You can make your Little Heart Day as easy as you like! Most hold a wear-red day and sell red themed baking, but how creative can you get?
Encourage your students get their hearts beating throughout March while raising money to help heart kids all around Aotearoa. We have seen schools run a science day to learn more about the heart, run red themed jump-jams sessions and heart themed parties. The opportunities are endless!
Take the opportunity to fit it into your curriculum and special interests and make it your own!

You can email littleheartday@heartkids.org.nz to enquire about a personalised text to donate code and imaging that can be used over the campaign to receive text donations too!
How to get involved
Register your ECE to set up your online fundraising page. Once you have set up your team page your students can sign up, create their own individual page and join your team page if they want too.
Fundraising online makes it easier to collect donations - you don't need to worry about going into a bank and depositing money - you can deposit it directly into your ECE bank account and make a donation to your team page.
